From the School Office

Lost Property

As the weather is changeable lately, children often take jumpers and jackets off during the day. Please ensure that your child’s name is written clearly on all school uniform items including school hats.  Sadly we can not return or identify unmarked clothing so please make sure you label all clothes, lunch boxes, pencil cases and bags. Any items not labelled are placed in the Lost Property tub, please ask your child to check the tub often for their lost items.  The lost property tub can be found at the front of the school office.

2024 School Fees and Levies

Collection of students during the day

If collecting children during the day, please visit the office to sign your child out via the ipad at the office.

Lateness to School

We have a number of students who are constantly late to school each morning. We would like to remind all parents/carers that it is a requirement by law, to ensure that your child is on time and at school each day and to provide a satisfactory explanation of absence.

Sick students

For everyone's safety and wellbeing, please keep sick children at home if you know they are not well, as sick children will be sent home.

If your child has become unwell at school, parents will be contacted and asked to take the child home. We appreciate that for some parents this is an issue, especially when they are at work.

It’s also important to remember that when a child has been away because of illness, they should not return to school until they are fully recovered.

Up to Date Information

It is important that the school has up to date contact details in the event that your child becomes ill at school. Children often become distressed when we are unable to contact their parents/carers and it is imperative we have current details on our system.  Please email us at office@saclaytonsth.catholic.edu.au to update your details.
