Performing Arts Highlights

Year 3/4 Communities 

The Year 3/4 students have started the term with an Introduction to Performing Arts: Dance, Music, Drama. They are learning to show the care values in class with teamwork activities including making group objects and freeze frames. Students are identifying how we show safety in the space when collaborating with others to perform. 

Year 5/6 Communities 

The Year 5/6 students have begun the term with an Introduction to Performing Arts: Dance, Music, Drama. They are learning about how to show the care values in class and develop an understanding of the benefits from Performing Arts including building confidence, socialisation and creativity. Students are also working towards expressing a positive growth mindset to try their best when performing.

Choir 

The Year 4-6 students are working towards performing an Anzac Day song for Assembly called, ‘Here You Lie’ by Mark Puddy.
