This week in Art, we have been looking at the artwork of Henri Matisse. The projects we  created reflect the paper cut out collages he produced later in his life. Key features include, basic and intricate organic shapes, colour selection, balance, and layers. 

A cross section of interesting shapes from student work will be collated into a larger whole school design. The plan is for this Matisse inspired artwork to feature permanently in the school playground.
