Meet the Environmental Captains

We’re the Environmental Captains for 2024: Robbie & Rhys.

We’ll be talking about:

1. Gardening club
2. New plants
3. Bird feeders
4. Saturday's planting event (Last week)

Gardening Club is more than just watering plants. Its also about:

• Trimming plants
• Planting
• Harvesting
• Replacing soil (and plants)

Everyone is welcome to come if they want to! The Gardening Club is on Wednesday & Thursday first break. 

Some things that we would like to do as Environmental Captains.

We were thinking about making one of the 3

1. New bird homes that will have a metal hook to hang from tree branches
2. Possum homes that will be the same as the new bird homes, but bigger 
3. Bird feeders are most likely at this time, we will have a metal hook like the new bird homes too!

On Saturday 2nd March 2024, we had some parents come and plant some new plants at our working bee! 

A huge thanks to all the parents who came. The plants have been watered quite well and the kids have been loving it!
