It is always wonderful to see so many of our students get involved in performing arts co-curricular groups. There really is an opportunity for all students with any level of experience and it’s a great way for students in Years 6-10 to attain points towards College Colours, as well as to get to know students from other classes and year levels. It’s not too late to join most of these groups. Please get in touch with Mr McNamara or Ms Lincoln if you have any questions.
Instrumental Music Tuition
Learning a musical instrument has far reaching benefits. We have some experienced Music Teachers of all instruments, who are excellent musicians in their own right, that take students for lessons before, during and after school hours.
Music lessons are additional to class music, therefore an enrolment form needs to be completed. If you’d like to enrol your daughter, or simply want some more information, click on the button below. There is no cut-off date for enrolment.
Once submitted, lessons are organised in consultation with the instrumental teacher, class teacher and student. It is important to fill out one form per instrument.
Usually, students can be withdrawn from class for one instrument only. If your child wishes to learn two instruments they will need to learn the second instrument outside of class time. Primary students cannot be withdrawn before recess and for some classes, before lunch.
Tuition fees are $44 per 30-minute lesson and are paid by the Term, directly to the Music Tutor.
Our Music Tutors:
Our Music Tutors are currently organising lesson times and lessons will be starting in Week 3 if not already. There are still some vacancies remaining.
