Primary House Athletics Carnival

On Wednesday 25th February, our Primary community gathered for one of the most anticipated events of the year—the Primary House Athletics Carnival. It was a spectacular day filled with joy, teamwork, courage, and the unmistakable buzz that comes when our students and families come together.

From the very first event, the atmosphere was electric. Students competed with enthusiasm, giving their all in both sprint and distance track events. Alongside these, a wide variety of field events and novelty rotations kept the day full of action and energy. Whether it was jumping, throwing, running, or cheering, every student found a place to shine.

One of the most heartwarming sights of the day was the way students cheered each other on, showing House spirit, encouragement, and genuine celebration of one another’s efforts. Our families, too, lined the track with enthusiastic support, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere for all.

The carnival came alive with the brilliant colours of our three House groups:

Tsuri – Green

Rapha – Red

Nissi – Yellow

Each House brought passion, pride, and plenty of excitement to every event.

A special thank you goes to our Year 8 students, who served our Primary community with maturity and responsibility throughout the day. Their work as marshals and field event facilitators ensured the carnival ran smoothly and safely, and we are grateful for their leadership.

Finally, thank you to our entire community—students, staff, and families—for making the day such a memorable celebration of sport, teamwork, and encouragement. Events like these remind us of the strength and warmth of our school community.

We look forward to many more days like this ahead!
