"The Morrisby Profile with Year 10"

God uniquely created us all in His image and He equipped us with special gifts and talents that glorifies Him, and sometimes it takes a bit of exploration on our end to search it out - Morrisby is a tool that supports that process of finding and exploring future possibilities.

On Tuesday 24th February the Pathways Team ran the Morrisby Profile, this career exploration tool that involves eight timed quizzes, plus a personality quiz and an aspirations quiz.  

The purpose of the profile was to determine the students' strengths - not to compare against each other, but to find out what their individual strengths are, and in turn helping them make a more informed decision about the career direction they wish to take.  

The results will hopefully help them choose work experience placements, make well informed subject choices later in the year as well as sparking those important discussions about their future at home and at school. 

Their efforts were rewarded with a delicious Sausage Sizzle and their individual reports from the profiling were released later that day to enable personal exploration and as previously mentioned hopefully initiate discussions with parents about possible future pathways.
