To celebrate the last session of Kitchen Garden the students enjoyed creating pizzas using freshly picked spinach, basil, rosemary, oregano and thyme. They also baked shortbread as thank you gifts.

I highly recommend this pizza dough recipe that the students used.  I have it in my cookbook at home and use it often.  The shortbread recipe is also easy and delicious.  It's perfect to have in your cupboard over the festive season or make for gifts.
