• Date: Wednesday 4th December 2024
• Time: 5pm - 6:30pm (giving children/families the chance to zip on home to change and then return to school with a parent/guardian)
• Venue: Skye PS outdoor steps on the oval

FAMILY INFORMATION

• Upon arrival children will need to check in with their classroom teacher AND then return to sit with their families during the performances (until they are called up to wait in the ‘wings’ for their performance
  • Children must sit with their families during the performances
• After your child’s performance please collect them from their teacher from the designated area to help them find their way back to your picnic spot
• Families are invited to bring a picnic and rug to sit on the oval. There will be an area sectioned off for picnic rugs only. No chairs, prams or other items that obscure the performance are permitted in this area **first in best dressed applies for all seating
• Families are welcome to bring their own chairs to sit behind the seated picnic rug area on the oval
• Standing room only will apply beyond all seated areas
• Close to the stage there will be a space sectioned off to easily record/take photos
• Come wearing a ‘festive touch’ to enjoy the evening
