Business surges under the FN Commercial Brand    

In Morwell Victoria, FN Central KW Commercial principal, Frank Palermo and Mary Ioannou report ever growing success under the FN Commercial brand, thanks in part to our popular mentoring service. 

Since he adopted the ‘red brand’ in winter 2023, commercial property owner’s enquiries have surged and recommendations to use their commercial services are on the up. The business has set a new record, achieving the office’s largest sale ($3.5m for a petrol station site and possible take-away), and Frank has recently been appointed to sell a large Industry land release, where he has completed sales on 14 out of the 24 lots already sold. These results have trumped a major a CBD-based conjunction competitor, strengthening FN Central KW Commercial’s local reputation for superior results.

A ‘bunny good’ Easter effort 

Calling in on a service visit at FN Newcastle City (The Junction, NSW) BGM Amy Bruce couldn’t help but notice the ‘super successful’ Easter colouring competition that our Newcastle team had used to actively engage their local community.

Well known First National videographer, Alister Robbie was in Townsville (QLD) recently and dropped in to say hello to Terry Godde’s team at FN Townsville (Aitkenvale).
