Welcome Back!

Dear Parents/Guardians,

A warm welcome to Term 2! 

We have a busy and fun term ahead with camp fast approaching and an exciting Market Day, that the students will run, as part of our Unit of Work '$20 Boss Challenge'.

Now that we are heading into the colder weather, it would be much appreciated if you could send your child to school with a box of tissues and an appropriate 'outside jacket' and a box of tissues. 

As we also have the heating turned on, students will still be needing a water bottle each day please.

This term students will be taking part in small purposeful reading groups, sharing their thinking and asking questions amongst our peers, writing opinion pieces based on our Unit of Work - creating a product, marketing it amongst the school community and selling it to donate any profit to a chartify of their own choice. In Mathematics students will be learning a variety of different strategies to solve Additionn and Subtractions problems in real life.
