Autumn Concert - Save The Date
On Thursday 23 May, our students will be staging the annual Autumn Concert to celebrate some of the outstanding music-making that happens at Mount Carmel College.
The concert will extend from 7.00pm - 8.30pm in the Cahill Centre (College Hall). Featured in the concert will be Elective Music Students, Instrumental Music Students, Middle Years Voices, Senior Singers, College Orchestra, the Funky Blazers, Pizzicato Players and the MCC Ceilidh Band. It promises to be a great night of entertainment, showcasing some very talented young musicians.
All performers need to ensure that they are well presented in full winter uniform, and that they arrive no later than 6.45pm to prepare for their performance.
Whether your daughter is performing or not, you are invited to come along to support the students and enjoy this evening of music. Car parking is limited at the College and therefore we encourage you to park at Wrest Point or in the surrounding streets.
2024 College Production
The Year 9/10 Drama class are well under way with preparations for this year's College Production of "Kokonut High".
The play is set on a tropical island that has been ravaged by a hurricane. Money is tight..... visitors are few......some dodgy characters have plans to gain ownership of the island. How can the islanders turn things around? With a cast of quirky characters, the play is suitable for all ages.
Performances will be on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 June at 7.00pm in the Cahill Centre at Mount Carmel College. Stay tuned in the weeks to come for details on how to purchase tickets.
