District Cross Country is where you run and run, 

But there’s other reasons as to why it’s so so fun.

You get to spend time with friends, 

The joy and laughter never ends.

Encouraging your peers,

Cheering so loud,

And when they finish,

You feel oh so proud.

Sitting down watching the view,

There’s nothing else but the sky and you.

So it does not matter where you place,

You can see now how District Cross Country …

Is much more than just a race.
