Good luck to all our students participating in the swimming trials on Friday night. The trials are for highly capable swimmers and are run in conjunction with Mount Carmel College, St Mary's College, Dominic College, and Guilford Young College.
The trials will take place at the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre (DKHAC), starting at 7.15 pm and concluding by 9.00 pm. Students are to make their own way to and from the pool and arrive by 6.45 pm.
Following the trials, the SVC Swim Team will be selected to participate in the SSATIS Swimming Carnival on Thursday 29 August (Week 6) and the SATIS Swimming Carnival on Wednesday 18 September, both at the DKHAC.
Term 3 sports kick off this week and next. All families should have received team lists, rosters, and other relevant information. Good luck to everyone participating in SSATIS soccer (Years 7-12), SSATIS AFL (Year 9/10), SSATIS Volleyball (Years 9-12), Hockey (Years 7-8), Badminton (Years 11-12), and Table Tennis Development.
