Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) is a hidden but common condition that affects 1 in 14 people, making it harder for them to understand and use language. Despite its prevalence, DLD often goes unrecognized — which is why awareness is so important.

This year’s theme, “You Can’t See DLD,” highlights the invisible nature of the disorder and the importance of understanding and support.
