Attendance

This term, we’re shining a spotlight on school attendance with a goal of reaching 95%. That means not just being present, but also arriving on time and ready to learn. Regular attendance is vital, it supports academic success, builds positive routines, and strengthens student wellbeing.

Check out our current attendance percentages by year level and overall school attendance below. Let’s work together to keep attendance strong!

PBIS - Greeting Others

This week, our PBIS (Positive Behaviour Interventions & Supports) focus is on greeting others. Teachers will explicitly teach this routine and acknowledge students who use it correctly.

Creating cooperation and connection - Lael Stone

Getting to know our students:

At St Therese’s, we love getting to know our classmates! At our recent assembly, we were fortunate to hear from Luca, Elsie, and Liam, who shared a bit about themselves with the school community.

If you see them around, be sure to say hello — and don’t forget to use their name. It’s a simple way to build a connection.

McKern Steel Foundation - Fresh Fruit Program

At St Therese's, we are very fortunate to be part of the Fresh Fruit Program, generously supplied by the McKern Steel Foundation. Each week, our classrooms eagerly enjoy the fresh and tasty fruit deliveries.

Building on this, we’ve introduced Fruit Frenzy, a fun Friday morning tradition before school! If you love starting your day with some delicious fruit, come and grab some. It's a healthy and happy way to kick off your FriYAY!
