Dear Families,
First and foremost, thank you to everyone who attended our beautiful St Therese’s Liturgy and Awards Ceremony on Thursday. It was a wonderful celebration of who we are as a school community. Special thanks to Danielle Cameron and Marcia Arnold for their preparation and organisation of both the liturgy and awards, and to Fr Jake and Fr Henry for presiding over the Mass.
Tomorrow is our Colour Run, and excitement is reaching fever pitch! Thank you for all the incredible fundraising efforts so far, and to the St T’s Community Collective for organising and promoting this fantastic event. It’s shaping up to be a great success. We’d love to see you there—come along, grab a cake, sausage, drink, or snow cone, and join the community run at 3:50 pm!
Next week, we wish our Year 5 students a safe and fun camp. Thank you to the dedicated staff who are generously giving up their time to be with our students overnight. We’re sure everyone will enjoy the Bendigo Cup Public Holiday to catch up on some well-deserved rest!
Learning at St Therese’s
Over the past two weeks, we have been conducting a range of assessments in literacy and numeracy to measure student growth. The results are outstanding—our students, your children, are working hard, making strong progress, and remaining engaged in the daily learning routines we have in place.
We’re also seeing excellent outcomes in student wellbeing. Our behaviour tracking data shows a noticeable decline in incidents across the school, with almost no major incidents and a significant reduction in minor ones.
I am incredibly proud of each and every student at St Therese’s, and of our dedicated staff who continue to grow, learn, and strive for excellence every day.
This week's recipient is: Vinn

Vinnie always displays exceptional manners, greeting people using their name and has a positive outlook .
Thank you for being such a great role model for all your classmates.
School Hours (Repeat)
Please note the schoolyard is unsupervised before 8:30 am. There are still many, many children on the grounds prior to this time.
For the safety of your children, I am asking that they are not dropped off at school before 8:30 am.
