Principal's Message

Dear Families,

Welcome back everyone! It’s hard to believe we’re already in Term 4, the year has flown by! The good news is that some beautiful weather is just around the corner.

Disco

It’s an exciting time with our school disco tomorrow night! 🎉A huge thank you to the 27 parent helpers who have volunteered their time to make this event possible. These kinds of activities simply couldn’t happen without your support, and we are so grateful. We know the students are going to have an amazing night!

Positive Behaviour BBQ

As a reward for the amazing effort shown by our students in filling the office tree again, we’ll be holding our Positive Behaviour BBQ tomorrow! Every student will have the option of enjoying one sausage in bread, but please feel free to pack additional lunch or snacks if this isn’t suitable for your child. What a great way to celebrate the positive choices across the school!

Front path

You may have noticed that the main entrance path has started to sink. This was caused by a water leak, which has now been repaired. We’ve arranged for a concreter to replace the path in the coming weeks. In the meantime, please take care when walking in this area; we’ve marked the uneven sections with blue paint to help highlight them.

New Basketball Court

Work on our new synthetic basketball court is planned to begin during the week of the 20th, weather permitting. While construction is underway, there will be restricted access to the senior area, but we’re told the project should be completed within a week. We’re really looking forward to seeing the students enjoying this fantastic new space!

Toilet Refurbishment

Earlier this week, Brant Kennedy met with the architect to review the plans for our toilet refurbishment project. The works are scheduled to begin in January and are expected to take around four months to complete. This will be a refurbishment rather than a full rebuild, but the upgrades will make a huge difference! We’ll share the final plans with the community once everything is confirmed. Exciting times ahead!

Planning for 2026

As we begin planning for next year, we kindly ask that families who are relocating or moving schools please let the office staff know as soon as possible. This information really helps us with class structures and staffing for 2026.

Yours sincerely,

Matt Tyndall, Antoinette DiLudovico, Brant Kennedy
