2026 Student Leadership
Applications for 2026 leadership roles are now open. All students currently in Years 7-11 who would like to contribute to the academic, cultural or sporting life of the school are encouraged to apply.
The leadership handbook – which includes the selection process and role descriptions - is available to students through their Compass Newsfeed.
Leaders are responsible for representing the college at public forums, for fostering school pride, creating opportunities, being role models for other students, and for promoting student participation in college activities such as performing arts and sports events.
Upcoming Exams
Year 10 exams will begin on Monday November 10. We wish all our students the very best as they approach these important assessments.
This is a crucial time for our students, and we encourage them to prepare thoroughly while also taking care of their well-being. Our year 10 coordinators will once again be running after-school study sessions to support our students’ preparation.
2026 Subject confirmation
All families in Years 9 and 10 should already have received confirmation of subjects for the 2026 academic year. Students should speak with their year level coordinator if this has not been received.
To request a subject change, Year 10 students will need to meet with Mr Petersen in E1 at Lunchtime from 20th October – 24th October.
Students in Year 9 must collect a Change of Subject Request form from Dianne in the JLC admin office. Completed forms, including a parent signature, need to be submitted by 24th October.
Subject changes are only able to be accommodated if there is space in the requested class.
