Cafe Culture

Congratulations to the Café Culture students who enthusiastically participated in a coffee training incursion recently, where they learned all aspects of making a coffee using a commercial coffee machine. This was in preparation for the upcoming opening of our College Café, which we are really excited about.    I was so impressed with how engaged and competent all the students were; by the end of the day they could make a cappuccino and a latte which is a great start.  Well done everyone!
