2026 Teacher/Student Learning Interviews - Year 1 to Year 6

Wednesday 28th January and Thursday 29th January 2026

We will begin the year with two days where Year 1 to Year 6 children will meet with their 2026 class teacher for a scheduled 30 minute onsite learning interviews.

The staff believe that the 2 days of learning interviews provide an invaluable opportunity for classroom teachers to meet with each child to assess where they are at in their learning journey.  The learning interview will focus on each child’s literacy and numeracy development. Through gaining an understanding of where all students are at, teachers will then have the knowledge to best plan for the term ahead.   The information gained from the interviews will further be built upon throughout Term 1 as teachers continue their ongoing assessments with their children.

Please bring your stationery and books to school, on the date you have selected, to leave in your new classroom.

Operoo transitioning to nForma in 2026

We would like to inform families that Operoo will be phased out at the end of 2025, as the platform will no longer be supported. In preparation for this change, our school will be transitioning to nForma, which will become our new platform for digital forms, permissions, and school communication.

nForma will provide a streamlined and user-friendly experience for families, making it easier to complete and submit school forms, manage student information, and stay up to date with school notices. There is also an option to lodge future absences.

There will be more updates sent out to support you in this change.
