“Our Foundation students were thrilled to welcome members of the local Fire Brigade last week for an engaging session on fire safety. The firefighters captivated our young learners with important information about staying safe around fire and what to do in an emergency.

The children were particularly enthusiastic, asking countless questions and hanging on every word from our special visitors. One of the key takeaways was a homework challenge: students were asked to identify and discuss a safe meeting place at their own homes with their families—an essential part of any fire safety plan.

The excitement hasn't dimmed since the visit! Our Foundation class is already counting down the days until the Fire Brigade's return visit, when they'll have the incredible opportunity to try using a real fire hose. We're grateful to our local Fire Brigade for sharing their time and expertise with our students.”
