Thanks to the students who paid a gold coin donation to be able to wear casual dress today. The Salvation Army are a long running charity that help to make a difference to people in need, especially at times like Christmas. We raised $43 today and are lucky that we can contribute even a small amount to help people less fortunate than ourselves.
Next Thursday, 18th December, is our Presentation Evening. I look forward to welcoming everyone from our community and hope that all students and family members attend to help celebrate the year that was, regardless of whether an award will be received or not.
School Council will be offering light refreshments in the foyer of the Community Centre from 5pm, with the event beginning at 6pm sharp. The dress code is smart casual, with students to be in full school uniform for the event.
Things don’t happen overnight, but they do happen eventually! After receiving a grant for a new flag pole in 2024 from the “Saluting Their Service” Commemorative Grants Program, we finally have our 3 flag poles fully installed and were able to fly all 3 flags for the first time this week!
