Year 10 MESH Examinations – Week 7
Year 10 students will sit their Mathematics, English, Science and Humanities and Social Sciences (MESH) examinations in Week 7. These assessments provide an important opportunity for students to consolidate their learning and prepare for the academic demands of senior school.
Building Effective Study Habits
Earlier this year, students participated in ‘Study Hacks’ sessions with Dr Jane Genovese, exploring practical and evidence-based study techniques designed to support learning and organisation.Throughout Term 4, these ideas have been reinforced through CORE sessions, where students have focused on structuring their time effectively in the lead-up to exams.Students received printed copies of two key study tools:
- Assessment Calendar
Study Planner
A copy of the presentation shared in CORE is available below for families wishing to review these strategies together at home.
Targeted Revision Support
To further assist students in preparing for their exams, staff from each MESH Learning Area will host a targeted after-school study session on Tuesday 11 November. These sessions will focus on subject-specific approaches to study and examination preparation.
Students are encouraged to make use of these opportunities to strengthen their study routines and approach their examinations with confidence.

📘 Year 12 Reports & Email Access – Important Reminder
As the school year concludes on 18 December, Year 12 students and their parents will no longer have access to:
- School reports
- Student email accounts
We strongly encourage all Year 12 students to:
✅ Download all school reports
✅ Save or transfer any important information from their student email account
Please ensure this is done before 18 December to avoid losing access to important documents and communications.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
