Students this week have been cleaning up the 2 HPV's to get them prepared to recover in their choosen designs. Last week the year 6 class came up with a few different decal design options and these where all voted on.

The design most voted for was a designed produced by Lachie. Students last week roteated in small groups with Nicole to spray paint the HPV with the designs.

Our teams head off on Wednesday next week to compete at Maryborough. Maryborough has proudly hosted the Energy Breakthrough event since 1991.

This morning our Year 3 and 4 students headed off to camp. This week, the 3/4 camp is heading off to Howmans Gap for a two day event that will be filled with challenges, and promote leadership and team bonding. This is a great opportunity for our students, and one in which they should come away from, with a strong sense of achievement. For some it's the first time staying away from home, while for others it will be challenging themselves with new experiences from the activities on offer, such as experiencing the giant swing, walking between two trees up in the canopy and jumping off, trusting in their harness, or problem solving as a group to navigate the environment. We are looking forward to sharing some reflections in next week's newsletter, with some student reports.
