Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund Reminder

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) helps ensure that no student misses out on the opportunity to join their classmates for important, educational and fun activities. It is part of making Victoria the Education State and the Government's commitment to breaking the link between a student's background and their achievements.

Families must hold a valid means-tested concession card to apply. Eligible students will receive $150 per year to go towards Camps, Excursions and Activities.

If you received CSEF funding last year at Trafalgar Primary School and your circumstances have not changed, we will apply for the 2024 CSEF Funding on your behalf.

Parents/Guardians will only need to complete a new application form if you have:

• New student enrolments (Foundation Student)

• Changed family circumstances: such as a change of custody, change of name,      concession card number, or new siblings commencing at the school

How to Apply

• Contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form.

Applications close 21st June 2024.

Student Illness

It's that time of year where there are lots of yucky illnesses travelling around the school community.

A friendly reminder that if your child has vomited at home, they must refrain from attending school for at least 24 hours from the last vomit as per DET guidelines.

If your child has cold and flu symptoms, please do not send them to school.  Coughing, sneezing and runny noses will also result in a phone call to home/work to collect your child from school.

We appreciate your support in helping us to keep our staff and students as protected as we can!
