Cross Country Division Final

On Wednesday 5th June, 12 of our year 4, 5 and 6 students attended Kilmore Racing Track for the Division Final of the Cross-Country Event. These students had qualified for this event from their amazing efforts in the first division round earlier this term.

Our students represented Hazel Glen College proudly and competed strongly against the best students in the division. They supported each other and had a great day out.

One of our students, Jarrahly, even finished 2nd in his race and will be progressing further later this term. Well done to all of our competing students!

Year 5 Hoop Time

On Wednesday 12th June more than 70 of our year 5 students went to Mill Park Stadium to compete in the Hoop Time Basketball Competition. They had a great day out, showing the 4 R's and trying their best the whole time.

They were also very successful with the All-Star Boys, All-Star Girls and Mixed teams all making the Grand Finals. Our All-Star Girls Team went one step further and won their Grand Final and will be going further into the next round of the competition later this year.
