Community & Fundraising-Festa 

Hello BSPS Family,

Welcome to the first of our series of regular Festa updates, keeping us all informed about what’s happening and what’s required as we get ready for our Spring Festa on Saturday    29 November.

At the moment we are busy organising.         Of course, the Festa runs on volunteer labour, so we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who could help. Is this you?

At this stage we are looking for people who can:

• Co-Ordinate an area (e.g. food)
• Run a stall (e.g. fairy floss)
• Help design and build our epic Box Maze
• Generally volunteer to help in some capacity

And also, people who have jobs or contacts to help us with:

• Free/cheap booze and soft drink
• Free/cheap BBQ food
• Ice-Cream contacts
• A coffee cart
• A generator
