Year 10 Work Experience

Year 10 students are continuing to complete Work Experience placements with a variety of employers across a vast range of industries.

The Work Experience program at Eltham High School allows students to complete Work Experience for up to 1 week, at any time throughout the year, to allow for more flexibility for employers and students.

The Work Experience Handbook is available on the Year 10 Careers Channel on Teams, with further information about obtaining Work Experience placements and includes links to Arrangement Forms, Safe at Work information and a helpful Student Portal listing many suitable local placements for students to access.

Year 9 - Morrisby and RIJI Program.

The Year 9 students completed the Morrisby Online Careers Profile in Term 3. The aim of Morrisby is to help students to understand their strengths, interests and learning preferences to guide them towards career options, VCE subject selections and future educational choices.

Each student who completed 100% of the Morrisby Profile will be eligible to receive an individual 30 minute in-person unpacking interview with a trained Morrisby Careers Practitioner, interviews have commenced this week.
