Spotlight on Stage 3

Stage 3 have been doing a fantastic job in their Religious Education lessons this term. Students have been learning about the importance of the Bible, the Sacred Scriptures, and why they hold such a special place in the Catholic community. They have also explored key people and events from both the Old and New Testaments, reflecting on the impact these stories have on faith today. In addition, Stage 3 have demonstrated a growing understanding of the concept of covenant, and how this central theme in Scripture continues to guide the relationship between God and His people.

RE Curriculum Day

Last week, I attended the RE Curriculum Day where we explored upcoming changes to the Religious Education curriculum. The day provided an opportunity to reflect on our current program and begin the process of rewriting units to ensure they remain engaging, meaningful, and aligned with updated guidelines. This ongoing work will help us continue to provide high-quality learning experiences for our students.
