Committee Update

A Special General Meeting will be held on:

Date: Monday 6th October

Time: 5:45 PM

Location: Clubrooms

At this meeting, we will be electing a President and Vice President for the club.

To proceed with the meeting, we require a quorum of at least 10% of our eligible voting members (Dry Members aged 18 and over). We kindly ask each family to ensure at least one adult representative can attend.

If you are interested in nominating for the role of President or Vice President, please submit a completed nomination form to our secretary via email at secretary@ringwoodswimmingclub.org.au or hand it directly to Jackie by Monday 29th September. As this date falls during school holidays, email submissions are preferred.

In the event of multiple nominations for either position, each nominee will be given two minutes to address the members prior to voting.

Following on from the special meeting, a normal committee meeting will be starting at 6.30pm, at which the newly elected member/s are welcome to attend.
