VCE Results 2023

We are very proud of the growth and excellence demonstrated by our students in 2023. This cohort was an engaged, cohesive group who showed a genuine love of learning and strong peer connections and support for each throughout their time at UHS.

Our 2023 results represent some outstanding individual achievements, as well as steady improvement across a range of factors and learning areas. As well as challenging themselves to grow in their learning, our 2023 cohort demonstrated immense personal resilience to overcome both the challenges of COVID during their formative middle years and, for a number of students, some significant personal hardships as well.

Each and every students’ results are a credit to the hard work of these young people and their teachers throughout their time at University High School. They exemplify excellence through attention to detail, determination and rigour. Our results represent the efforts of students through a total of 1592 Study Scores across 31 subjects. 279 students in the 2023 cohort have received an ATAR.

The results are just the start of a story for our graduating students. They do not define their success, but are a stepping stone in their learning and their personal, civic and professional development. We are delighted that these results mean that a wide range of meaningful pathways and possibilities are open to our students, and look forward to the release of tertiary offers in January.
