2023 CSPS Colour Run

“It was fun. The colours were good but the best part was the fire truck spraying water. I enjoyed seeing everyone have fun.” Jack C (Year 3)

“A fire truck came and sprayed water on everyone. I went under the water before I ran so then the colour would stick to me. I really liked it. I liked when my top looked like tie-dye. It was my best Friday afternoon this year.” Emma B (Year 3)

“There was lots of coloured powder and everyone was having fun. We were raising money for the school. People bought cookies, popcorn, juice and played in guessing games. The fire brigade came and flooded the whole oval all the way to the nature play space. I think everyone enjoyed it as it was a nice hot day to play in the water.” Rafi R (Year 3)

“I liked the fire engine spraying us with water the best. The day was fun especially when the oval flooded. The powder was also cool.” Jade G (Year 3)

“I dodged a lot of the colour powder. My favourite part was when the fire truck splashed water on us. I also enjoyed the icy pole so much that I bought some of the same type at Woolworths after school." Kanex C (Year 4)

“I thought it was really good. I felt it was shorter than last year but I definitely got more on my t-shirt this year. The fire truck was cool and I liked how the water went on the oval. We quickly had to move our bags. I enjoyed the snacks that we could buy after the run.” Asher D (Year 4)

“It was fun. We ran around the course about five times. I think I had the most colour on me in my class. I would do the run again. It was the best!” Leo (Prep)

“I liked it because I got a lot of colour on me. I had lots and lots and lots of fun.” Piper (Prep)

“I liked it and the run was really fun because I got rainbow on me. The fire truck was the best and the second best was when we got to buy treats.” Chloe (Prep)

“We did some laps around the school. I got a bit of colour on me. The start was near the pole and shelter. We stopped when the bubbles came out. I had a blue icy pole. It was the best Friday ever!” Ivy (Prep)

“I loved the colour run because it was fun. Ally got purple on her face and I got so messy. I had blue on my face, on my body, on my shoes and on my hat. It was the best day ever.” Poppy (Prep)
