2023 WPS Seaside Fair
FINAL DAYS - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Saturday is Fair set up - many hands make light work. If you are free, please come down any time between 10am-2pm if you can assist.
We can't wait to see your lovely donations and competition entries. Here's what you need to know:
ITEM DROP OFFS - 10am - 2pm is also the allocated drop off time for the following:
- PLANTS - please take to plant stand near the Basketball courts
- PRODUCE - chutneys, jams, fruit, veggies etc take to designated table in the gym
- BAKED GOODS - to be taken to the 5/6 area decking
- 'THE GREAT WILLY BAKE' OFF ENTRIES - also to the 5/6 area decking
Please note Plants, Produce & Baked Goods can also be dropped off on Fair morning between 9-10am, however the day prior is preferable.
We are also still searching for some final volunteers -
