Foreshadowing: is when the author gives you hints about what will happen later on in the text.

Write a short story about a character who discovers a mysterious old key in their attic. Incorporate foreshadowing to hint at what the key might unlock and the adventures that lie ahead. Be sure to use descriptive language and hints to build anticipation for your readers.
