Colour Explosion School Fun Run

Only two weeks left until our Colour Explosion School Run 4 Fun! But there is still lots of time to raise funds for our new playground!

Thanks to everyone who has been collecting donations, so far we have raised over $12,000! 🎉 

How will it work on the day?

All students will need to bring a white t-shirt to school. Long and short sleeved t-shirts are available from Kmart for under $5, and there are also several options at Target, or try your luck at your favorite op shop. Students may also like to bring a change of clothes for after the race if they have gotten super colourful.

We will be providing rainbow sunglasses and a rainbow headband for all the students to wear to make the day extra colourful and protect eyes. 🌈

We will have Monty’s Magical Wonderland set up on the oval which includes inflatables and fun obstacles along the course. There will be colour stations along the circuit where students will get sprayed with coloured powder made from corn starch.

Students will run in four groups – Foundation, Grades 1 & 2, Grades 3 & 4 and Grades 5 & 6. Students will be able to watch on while they are not running and cheer on the other grades. Each group will run the track for 15 minutes to see how colourful they can get.

All students can participate regardless of whether they have raised money.

All parents and carers are welcome to come along and watch on the day from 12pm to 2pm.
