Foundation - Grade 2

In Foundation - Grade 2 Literacy students have been learning about the use of adjectives within our everyday language and how we can use it to support us in retelling the classic story "The Very Hungry Caterpillar."

New friends

On Thursday, we were surprised by some new friends. Mr O and Miss Fenwick, with Miss McLean's catching expertise, brought us two new feathered friends. Their names are yet to be decided, but the front runners are Ruby and Tayla. 

Can you guess why?

They are still young, so they will stay in the classroom in a special cage overnight and be let out to roam in the chicken coop by our Environmental Leaders in the morning.

Filming 

Well, that's a wrap on our show business careers for now. Our friend Lars has finished finding our good side and we cant wait to see how the new photos and video turn out. Thank you to all staff and students for their resilience and adaptability for the last two weeks and for being willing to step in front of the camera for a good cause.
