From the Principal

All families have received a hard copy of the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan. An online version is also available on the College website

Throughout the past few months, we have been working towards this online digital video outlining our strategy, with the intention of providing the community a clear insight into what we stand for as a College moving forward.

We are in the process of producing a shorter version for wider distribution.

To tie in with our Strategic Plan, the College has engaged long-time Endeavour College architect Craig Vale from Arkvale Architects to undergo a new Master Plan.

Master planning is a method for defining clear strategies for the physical, economic, and social transformation of places. Planning for change in the physical, social, and economic fabric of places requires an integrated process achieved through the efforts of many – clients, professionals and local communities.

We are excited to get your feedback in the survey on the Endeavour College Master Plan.

EXPLORE, DREAM, DISCOVER”

Please complete the survey here.

Great things are happening here at Endeavour College! These plans, refurbishments and offerings that will ultimately come out of the Master Plan deserve to be planned and designed with depth and thoughtfulness. Your input within the parent survey will help and guide us immensely throughout this exciting process.

As part of the Master Plan review, we will be reviewing our carpark and general traffic flow. This will include traffic engineers on site in the coming weeks.

Until we have further updates on the carpark, can you please be aware of the following:

  • The staff car park on the western side of the College (Mawson Lakes Boulevard entrance) is not to be used as a drop-off zone. It is particularly busy in the mornings and is not designed for such use.
  • The Kiss and Drop Zone on the eastern side of the College (boarding the Basketball Courts) is the safest zone, specifically designed for dropping off and picking up.
  • Please remember that it is illegal to queue across University Boulevard or restrict access of other vehicles and buses. Should you be unable to fit in the queue, please find an alternative parking spot or simply do a lap of the College until traffic congestion eases.
  • Consider alternative pick-up spots to reduce traffic congestion, such as the local shopping centre car park or our lakeside car park, which are only a very short walk away. Or consider picking up your child after 3:30pm when traffic congestion has eased significantly.

We thank you for your ongoing support of the College and we do hope that this communication helps keep your child/ren safe and prevents any possible accidents from occurring.

Have a blessed and rest-filled long weekend.

Richard Baird
