Forming Groups with Kindy

Here are some photos and a video of Kindy Red and Kindy Rose doing a fun activity of forming groups using play dough.

Primary Student-Led Conferences

On Monday 20 May student led conferences were held in Primary. Student lead conferences are an alternative to the traditional parent teacher interviews. The aim is to encourage children in their studies by helping them to recognise their strengths, whilst motivating students to set goals in study areas. Giving students a sense of responsibility and accountability in their subjects.

Pastoral Care with Year 10

Our year 10 Planter boxes have made their way to a new home in the A block playground. They are now ready for their "Journey of Growth". Our graduating class of 2026 will care for them each day by watering them, cleaning the garden beds and ensuring they are thriving. In a similar sense, this resembles an impactful project to help them work together to build up into something they are and will be proud of by the time they leave our college in 2026, or for some, as early as this year.

Cyber Safety - Stage 3 Pastoral Care

“On the 6th of May, Year 5 and 6 students gathered in the primary hall to listen to a talk from our local police liaison officer about how to be safe online. He shared with us important tips and reminded us that sharing personal details, such as full names, addresses, and school information, can lead to danger. Thank you, Mr Khoury, for organising this talk for us” – Houda C, Year 6.

Learning with the Hatching Program

Kindy - Year 2 is excited to welcome chickens as part of our English and Science unit! For the next two weeks they will be observing the life cycle from egg to adult chicken, giving students hands-on learning about life cycles.
