Wakwakurna Kids 2024

Our Wakwakurna students have been keenly watching around the school to find the PBL values of being Kind, Safe, and Resilient in action. Each week in their meetings they report to the committee and share any positives they have noticed both in their class and around the school.

This week they noticed students taking turns with equipment, helping others to pack away, including others who were left out, and smiling and saying hello to each other. it is a really lovely way to start their meetings, and they are very proud of being able to identify these positive behaviours around the school.

The students have been brainstorming  together to come up with an activity to run for the whole student community. So far they have come up with ideas such as a colouring competition, a handball tournament and a quiz.
