Fete Update 

Thanks for all the donations for our fete that keep flowing in and to all our volunteers working behind the scenes already – we can’t do this without your support in every way. 

Volunteer Spotlight 

We also rely heavily on the support of businesses to sponsor our fete and donate to our silent auction and raffle. Thanks to Antonella Taranto and Liz Dawson who have taken on the role of sponsorship and donation coordinators. Liz and Antonella are doing a wonderful job convincing businesses to donate to our silent auction and we’re off to a flying start with the following businesses already committing:

Businesses that donate will continue to be promoted via our social channels, website and fete advertising – it’s a win:win for us and them and the sooner they get on board, the more promotion they’ll get.  

Calling all business donations

Liz and Antonella still need your help! 

If you run, work in, or know of a business that might be willing to donate, we’re asking you to spread the word. We have a letter ready to go that outlines what we are fundraising for to make it as easy as possible for you – the letter will be sent home with your child soon, but you can also grab a copy from the office. 

We are also looking for people to help us distribute the fundraising letters in the local community. If you can spare some time to assist it would be greatly appreciated.

The Raffle: We need you!

We still need a volunteer to run the raffle – this is always a big fundraiser for us and such an important part of the fete – we need someone to help coordinate, you’ll be well supported – please contact us via email below.

OLA’s Recycled Clothes Store

Our second-hand clothes store will make another appearance this year and we need your excellent condition clothes that you no longer wear or fit into. Please donate good quality clothes only to the office (no shoes, bedding, or jewelry).

Marquees – Can you cover us?

Do you or anyone in your family – or maybe a sporting club – have a marquee we can borrow for the fete? We have to order equipment several months in advance and every dollar we can save goes straight to the school and parish.
