What a wonderful celebration!

Last week, all of our concert preparations came to a close with the celebration of our Night 1 and Night 2 performances– and what a celebration it was! Both evenings were a vibrant showcase of the creativity, teamwork, and confidence of our students. The stage came alive with colour, music, dancing, singing, outstanding acting, and even a surprise teacher act that had the audience laughing and cheering. The atmosphere in the venue was electric, and it was so special to share these moments as a whole school community.

Firstly, a huge thank you to the students for their hard work, eagerness and excitement in the lead up to the concert. The concert is such a fantastic opportunity for students to express themselves, shine in areas they don’t always get to showcase, and practise performing in front of an audience—whether that comes naturally to them or is something new. Every single student brought their best, and we could not be prouder of the confidence, resilience and joy they displayed on stage.

We are so grateful to our families for your support of both the school and your children. From encouraging them at home, listening to endless songs and watching dance moves rehearsed in the lounge room, to cheering them on in the audience—you helped give them the confidence to shine on stage. Thank you for showing up for them and celebrating their achievements. Your encouragement is what fuels their willingness to take risks and strive for their best, not only in the performing arts but across all areas of learning.
