MACS - Survey

Please complete-Due by Friday 19 September, 2025.

One of the main goals of the family survey is to identify the strengths and areas for improvement in our school.

1/2 Twisted Science Excursion

On Monday the Grade 1/2's visited Twisted Science. They completed hands-on science activities. They students have been learning about motion, so the activities were around the concept push and pull.

Grade 3/4 First Aid Incursion

On Monday, our Grade 3/4 students were fortunate to take part in the First Aid in Schools program, delivered by St. John Ambulance Education. This free initiative provides age-appropriate first aid lessons, helping students build confidence in responding to emergencies.

The session introduced essential life-saving skills, including how to check for danger, call emergency services, and the basics of CPR. Students also learned practical strategies they could use to help themselves and others in everyday situations.

The program was engaging, hands-on, and empowering, leaving our students with valuable knowledge that they can carry with them throughout their lives. We thank St. John Ambulance for providing this important learning experience for our students.

Gratitude and Empathy Awards

Stephanie won an empathy award for her generosity of spirit and the thoughtful way she thinks about others.

Nicholas won a Gratitude award for the smiles he shares with everyone and making the school a brighter place!
