Celebrating SSO Week 

This week, we took the opportunity to recognise and celebrate the significant contributions of our School Support Officers to our school community. SSOs play an indispensable role in various capacities within our school. They perform a range of essential tasks, including:

• Welcoming people at the front counter and helping with enquiries.  
• Providing crucial behind-the-scenes support in financial matters, facility management, technological assistance, and administrative responsibilities in both the library and classrooms.
• Offering first aid support in instances of injury or illness.
• Guiding individual students and small groups to enhance their skills and knowledge in specific subject areas.
• Organising and delivering specific programs with small groups 
• Providing support to teachers in the classroom as needed.

We are truly fortunate to have a dedicated and professional team of School Support Officers who are genuinely invested in enhancing the well-being and the overall teaching and learning environment for students and their families.
