We have our first sponsor! Thank you to APMHA Healthcare. If you know of anyone that may be able to help in sponsoring the fete or donate items for our major raffle please reach out. All donations enable us to make next year’s fete bigger and better than past years with all profits going towards our children's learning and experiences at St Agnes’.

 

 

 

Cadbury chocolate fundraiser

Thank you to all the families that put up their hand to sell Cadbury chocolates. Boxes were sent home yesterday and or today with your child and attached to the box was a note outlining the selling and payment process.

 

Cash can be dropped off to the office in the envelope included in your chocolate box or alternatively you can transfer $60 per box to the Fete bank account (St Agnes’ Fete A/c, BSB: 083 347, Acc no.: 426 304 036). Please make sure you use your child’s surname as a reference. All money is due back to school by Friday 6th October 2023.

 

 

 

Personalised Christmas Baubles fundraiser

A flyer for personalised Christmas baubles was sent home last Friday afternoon with every student. All orders and payment are due back to school by this Friday, 15th September. Please see attachment if you did not receive or have misplaced the flyer.

Trash & Treasure Market - Sunday 15th October

Hopefully you have all seen the Trash and Treasure market flyer on the school’s social media, around the school grounds and the Highett Community.

 

We are selling stall sites for $30 if you want to sell your trash and treasure, clothes, toys, crafts or home made items. To book a site click on the following trybooking link 

 

Alternatively, the fete committee is happy to take donations of trash and treasure to sell, please no clothing, electronics or appliances. Your trash and treasure donations can be dropped off to the portable classroom during school hours.

 

At the market we will be selling home made cakes and running a sausage sizzle. 

We are after 1-2 parents to take the lead and run the BBQ for us. This job involves buying sausages, bread etc, (you will be reimbursed for these costs) and setting up the BBQ on the day. The fete committee will put out a roster for volunteers to work shifts throughout the day. We will not leave you alone to run this as we know it is a big job! Please reach out to us if you can help, we will be there to assist along the way.
