Spring Fair Helpers

Spring Fair is on Sunday 17th September and is driven by the P and F committee who are a group of six parents.  Three of these parents will leave at the end of this year so if you would like to tap into the Spring Fair brains trust now is the time. This is our major fundraiser of the year and all the organising is already done however,  we are still looking for people to assist on stalls. All that is needed is for Parents to run the stall all items will be supplied. Please feel free to nominate your time by contacting Scott Antees or Kim Hurle. 

Tombola Stall is looking for items up to the value of $10 and these can be left at the school for collection. 

Any parents who are able to assist on the Face Painting Stall would be greatly appreciated. 

The P & F are looking for helpers for set up on Saturday and pack up Sunday, any assistance would be welcome. 

The next meeting will be held on Wednesday 6th September at 6pm. A following meeting will be held on Wednesday 13th September at 6pm to finalise Spring Fair items. We invite any parents interested to come along.
