Thank you to all the students who returned library books to school this past week.  As previously advised, Years 2 through to 6 are now borrowing and returning books every Friday. Year 1’s have a borrowing day on Thursday and Kindergarten is on Wednesday.

Many, many students are not remembering to bring their bags to borrow every week.  Some classes have up to 12 children who have forgotten their returns/extension of loans.

Can you please ensure your child/children remember to have their library bag, together with books in their bags ready for borrowing every week. This will ensure the children are able to keep up their reading!

Save the Date! Our Scholastic Book Fair starts on Monday 18th August and goes all week! We will also be keeping the books from the fair until the following Monday, 25th August, when our school will be full with parents, carers and grandparents for our Newman Symposium and Grandparents Day!
