The Paediatric Centre Nearing Completion

St Mary's has been raising money to help build a Paediatric Centre in South Sudan. As you can see in the photo, the building is coming along well! We are proud to be helping with this special project. In Term 3,  we will continue our fundraising to support the purchasing of hospital beds for the centre. Thank you for your support!

Classroom Focus 

The Holy Trinity

The Year 5 students are learning about the Holy Trinity, God revealed in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They have been discussing how The Holy Trinity is reflected in scripture and daily life. As part of their learning, the students designed their own images to help teach others about the Holy Spirit.

Confirmation 2025

Please keep our Year 6 students in your prayers as they prepare for their Confirmation on 21 June at St Patrick’s Cathedral. 

Year 6 families came together last Thursday evening for our Confirmation Faith Formation session. It was a meaningful time to reflect, learn, and prepare for the upcoming Sacrament. Confirmation Retreat Day

On Friday, 6 June, our Year 6 students took part in a special Retreat Day to help them prepare for receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation. The day began with a prayer, followed by activities focused on understanding the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. Students created their own Gifts of the Holy Spirit candles and made “Sacramental Milkshakes.” After recess, they participated in a guided meditation, shared their Saint Research Projects, and explored the rituals of the Rite of Confirmation.
