Dear Sacred Heart Community

Antoinette and I met with our Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic School's Regional Leadership Consultant Rosa Wilkinson last Tuesday, to get information regarding the time frame around the appointment of our school's new Principal.

In consultation with Rosa, it was decided that the position will be advertised in the first week of next term. The appointment process has been streamlined these few years so all things going to plan, a new Principal will be appointed in week 6 of next term. Depending on the successful candidate, it is anticipated they will commence their Principalship in Term Four.

Can I reinforce, and as I anticipated, what a great job Antoinette and Marty have done, leading our community during this transitional phase. Their passion, diligence and new ideas have seen Sacred Heart have a seamless transition.

The appointment of a new Principal is an exciting time and next term promises to be an exciting time for the school.
