ILF BOOK SWAP

During Reconciliation week the ILF Book Swap helps students understand the  connection between the past, present, and future in the reconciliation journey. This year’s Book Swap was another HUGE  success! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our students and parents, we not only fostered a love of reading among our students but also raised an impressive $740 for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

The atmosphere during the Book Swap was fabulous. Your donations of books and enthusiastic participation in purchasing books made all the difference. Every book swapped and every dollar raised contributes directly to promoting literacy among Indigenous children in remote communities across Australia. It was wonderful to see the joy of reading and the community spirit that thrives within our school.
